Una notte lunghissima

On an autumn afternoon, on her way home from school, Nilla finds the house deserted: her mother and the dog seem to have mysteriously disappeared. As evening falls, fear grows, fueled by darkness and suspicious noises, until the girl makes a chilling discovery. The police investigate, but by the end of that same, unbearably long night, it is Nilla herself who uncovers the truth. And it is a terrible truth.

In un pomeriggio di autunno, di ritorno da scuola, Nilla trova la casa deserta: la mamma e il cane sembrano misteriosamente scomparsi. Con il calare della sera la paura cresce, alimentata dal buio e dai rumori sospetti, fino a quando la ragazza fa una scoperta agghiacciante. La polizia indaga, ma alla fine di quella stessa, lunghissima, notte è proprio Nilla a scoprire la verità. Ed è una verità terribile.
